About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills, a creative mindset, and experience in various marketing channels. 

Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
  • Develop compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging visuals that complement written content.

2. Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

3. Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines.

4. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and target audiences to improve communication efforts.

5. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Directors to align messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners. 6. Event Support:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Create promotional materials and ensure effective communication before, during, and after events.

Required Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Marketing/Business Administration/journalism.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or brand management.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and email marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Prior experience in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail.
